Since our service is an online Import-Export Workshop, no physical products are shipped. Instead,

you will receive digital access.

1. Delivery Timeline

• Access to the live workshop and community will be shared via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful payment.
• In case of a scheduled workshop, access details will be sent at least 2 hours before the event.

2. Non-Delivery

• If you do not receive workshop access details within the mentioned timeframe, please contact us at bbsrseller@gmail.com.

3. Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email and phone number during registration.
