1. Refunds

• Fees once paid for the Import-Export Workshop (Rs. 199) are non-refundable, as seats are limited and confirmed after payment.

2. Cancellations

• If the customer is unable to attend, they can request to transfer their seat to the next available workshop (subject to availability).
  

3. Organizer Cancellation

• In the rare case that we are unable to conduct the workshop on the scheduled date, a 100% refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
